Family Medicine

Rural Tracks in Nogales and Globe AZ available.

The Creighton University Phoenix Family Medicine Rural Track Program prepares residents to deliver comprehensive, compassionate care to rural and underserved communities throughout Arizona. Residents receive broad-spectrum family medicine training with an emphasis on continuity of care, community engagement, and rural practice while benefiting from Creighton’s Jesuit tradition of caring for the whole person.

Through a combination of urban and rural clinical experiences, residents develop the skills needed to provide high-quality, full-spectrum family medicine across diverse practice settings. The program emphasizes service, leadership, and addressing healthcare disparities while preparing graduates for rewarding careers in rural family medicine.
